The operation steps of nut forming machine are more detailed. We should take corresponding measures in each link. In order to make the machine work smoothly, we should ensure that every step should be carried out in accordance with scientific steps.
Turn on the power switch and the power indicator is on. Check whether the oil valve is open and turn the arrow indicating button of the switch to ON. Open the mold cooling oil and mechanical lubricating oil, check whether the oil circuit of each part is smooth, whether the oil pressure is enough.
Open the boot cover, check whether there is debris in the oil groove between the punch rod and the die. Check whether each part of the mold is firm, if loose need to tighten. Press the inch to check whether there is abnormal shape or abnormal sound in each part. If all parts are normal, cover the mold protective cover, open the mold cooling oil, and check the abnormal shape by pressing the inch first.
Under the above normal circumstances, release the inch and then press RUN, so that the low speed to high speed, after a period of observation that there is no problem, you can release the RUN button. When you want to STOP the production, press the Stop button first, and then turn off the cooling oil.
